What is the difference between a reel fly rod and a reel crappie?

Flyrod coils are generally made from high quality materials, machined barstock-grade aluminum and magnesium casting. Flyrod coils also have a better drag system and large "trees" that crappie reels. Crappie coils (like this), are intended hunt "pan-fish" and pan-fish. You can catch fish with the reel 5000-1000 LB Flyrod correct. A suggestion: Try an outfit for ultralite spinning Crappie. You get more mileage from a decent spinning reel spin / handset with a coil crappie shit! I hope this helps you out? Good luck!
