Light to medium action rod 4ft 6in? Uses for this?
I've mostly fishing pond for bass, occasionally we go out lake.I a fish only to catch and release so I do not really have a need for this son she won at rod.My fishing tournament. There no nearby river with trout in them.We do not fish off a boat either.I hate to see go to a pole waste.Other for bluegill are there other uses for the stalks of these or is it for a garage sale? That does sound like it could be useful when a sudden same. In addition, I have a fishing trip in a future ice months.Does few who know if you can use it to travel or would it necessary to get a new rod right? Sorry it's a reel.
Well, bluegills are fun to catch, so it is a good thing to do. But other than that, it's really fun to fight against a bass or another similar fish on one of these rods. It can easily handle most serious is a small pond, even some of the greatest. It just takes more effort because you really have the tires drag, but it is part fun. Some people do not fish on these rods since they are such a great time. Since it is a medium-light instead of a Ultra-light, so you can easily put on some 8 – 10 pounds. line on this and have a ball with any fish you could get out of this pond. These rods are very sensitive, so you could feel the bass bite small 1 – 2 pounds as easily as the bass 10 pounds and the ensuing struggle would be great. The only difference between the 4'6 "medium-light rod and a 7 'medium-light rod is the casting distance, but like many fish, including bass, tend to stay closer to shore, then it would be perfectly fine. I say take it out and give it a shot, it might surprise you. If you do not like it, then you can always sell it later. I hope this helps. Tight Lines! Additional:! For ice fishing, it would be perfect! Many people use configurations with ultra-light micro-coils when ice fishing, so you would be suited for it.
