Which brand is the best bleach to dye hair black?
I dyed my hair black a few times. I really want everything finally rid of the dark so I could dye my brown or reddish or natural. I tried Herbal Essences "bleach blonde" one package day on a small test of hair, and he did nothing. I fear the real bleach, and I can no more expensive box of dye Hair Shop. So not fair.
